Hillary Clinton Wins A Resounding Victory In South Carolina-Her opponent, Bernie Sanders, had struggled to pick up enough support among black voters in the primary. Hillary Clinton won the Palmetto State’s Democratic presidential contest on Saturday, defeating Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) thanks to the strong support of African-American voters, who comprised over 60 percent of the primary electorate in the state.

Protester clashes with Bill Clinton over Benghazi attacks. Former President Bill Clinton got into a heated exchange with a protester over the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.”We had four lives that were killed at Benghazi, and your wife tried to cover it up,” the protester said. The protester, who claimed to be a former Marine, confronted the former president at a campaign rally for Hillary Clinton in South Carolina and launched into a speech accusing Hillary Clinton of covering up the attacks.

In a rollicking day of spectacle, spite and scorn, Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey declared his allegiance to Donald J. Trump and war on Marco Rubio, describing the senator on Friday as desperate and unfit for the presidency.
